Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you purchase the Mortgage Engineering eBook, we collect your name, email address and payment confirmation (payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details). We use your email to deliver the book, provide toolkit access, and send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.

Your financial data. The AI tools process bank-statement exports that you choose to upload. Files are processed in-session to generate your results and are not retained as stored transaction data. The tools never connect to your bank and never ask for banking credentials.

Third parties. This site embeds Google reviews (via Elfsight) and streams testimonial videos from Google Cloud Storage; those services may set their own cookies subject to their own policies. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.

Crown Money. Mortgage Engineering is operated in partnership with Crown Money. If you choose to contact Crown Money about broking services, their own privacy policy applies to that relationship.
